The Cart

The cart remains the property of Setbook and so we retain the right to clear and clean it as well as assigning it a label .

A label provided by the shopper will be rejected so you will get a 'No Cart Found error' if you try adding something to a cart for which you have provided your own label instead of one from Setbook

The label for an empty cart stays valid for one minute. After that time, the cart will be assigned a different label and given to another shopper; the old label will have expired so if you try adding something to a cart which has been empty for more than one minute, you will get a 'Invalid Label' error.

The label for a cart which contains something i.e after clicking the 'Add to Cart' button, stays valid for ten minutes. After that period, it will be assumed that the cart was abandoned so it will be cleared, cleaned and assigned a different label so if you try unpacking a cart which has stayed for more than ten minutes you will get a 'No Cart Found' error.

If you don't checkout i.e pay for a service that you have selected, the label for the cart containing the service title( i.e the question) stays valid for ten minutes. After that period, it will be assumed that the cart was abandoned so it will be cleared up and assigned a different label.

Setbook will bear no responsibility whatsoever for a 'No Cart Found' error.
